Shipping policy

Orders made will be prompted and placed to shipping option(s). The "OPTIONS" availability is, static, "SET", to choose from. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
  • Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
